Education
Chain Foundation Education program include formal and informal (Elementary Education). A number of the children who are beneficiaries of our Progammes have joined various institutions for higher learning.

HIV/AIDS Campaigns.Sensitization Seminars
Chain Foundation is carrying out HIV/AIDS campaign including Sensitization Programmes, Post Test Clubs and Behavioural Change Programmes among the children and families with the overall intention of raising awareness of HIV/AIDS. We have the responsibility of providing right information and guidance to Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs) and families besides helping them access medical services (ARVs) and counseling services. By fighting HIV/AIDS, we shall be reducing the vulnerability of children.

Chain Foundation Social Workers and Volunteers carry out regular school visits to OVCs with the intention of supporting them socially and academically. While every Saturday children from community and those at the orphanage are put together and get involved in different activities such as art and craft work, farming, music, dance and drama and watching educative movies.

People living with AIDS have been encouraged to form post test clubs where they can encourage themselves through sharing experiences and support each other. In 2006, a group of 92 people living positively formed a post-test club and they now meet once every week at Chain Foundation. Counselors and Health Workers are invited to come and provide more information regarding health.

Income Generating Projects
The organization has supported many families with income generating activities like poultry, piggery, fish farming, local herb propagation, and vegetable growing. These projects have helped families to improve economically and some are being able to support their children.

Blind Children
Chain Foundation has been working with blind children. Eighteen children between the ages of 3-11 have been brought to the Orphanage. We would like to have an integrated programme, whereby children with sight can assist those with impairment. We plan to have 20 blind children in the beginning.

Dining Hall and Play Ground
The Foundation has been able to put up a dining hall with the generous support of people. We use the dining hall for Sunday services, evening devotions, as TV room and also for other social activities. The place that the children where originally using as playground was used for the construction of dining hall, leaving the children with no play ground. However construction of a playground was started. The progress has been slow due to inadequate support.
